Please Note:
- SILLY STRING- is highly damagingand is strictly prohibited in the bounce houses. They will incur a MINIMUM $500 clean-up fee
- DAMAGE WAIVER- It is Highly recommended (although optional) to include the for unforeseen occurrences
- AFTER HOUR PICK-UP - units rented past 6 pm will be considered overnight and will require an additional fee
- PARK PICK-UP - All park pick-ups begin at 4 pm. Although some parks may stay open later, they require vendors to have all equipment removed by 6 pm. Please keep this in mind if your party runs later, as we will try to accommodate but do not guarantee pick-up since we have various pickups at the same time frame and can't accommodate all parties.
Rain Check: If the weather does not allow for usage, please feel free to reschedule at no additional fee! Please allow for 48 hours in order to accommodate re-rental.
Bounce House Usage: For everyone’s safety, we recommend a maximum of 5-6 kids of the same size bouncing at one time. For slides, please limit usage to one per slide at a time.
Cleaning/Sanitisation: We thoroughly clean and sanitise all units prior to each use.
Things to Consider Checklist:
- Please make sure the pathway is clear for entry and setup area is adequate.
- Electrical outlet that is dedicated for usage by the bounce house blower within 50-75 feet.
- For water slides, please be sure there is a water hose within 50-75 feet of bounce for connection.
Our professional delivery and set up team will set up, and dismantle the bounce house, slide, or obstacle course, leaving you to focus on enjoying the fun and festivities of your party! Let us handle the heavy lifting!

- Follow the given entrance and exit routes.
- No Silly string or and sticky substances
- No food, drinks, or gum inside.
- Avoid the obstacle if you're feeling unwell.
- Leave jewelry and loose clothing outside.
- Keep hair tied back.
- Stay within the designated play area.
- Slide feet first down the slides.
- Mind your head on low-clearance areas.
- Do not enter if the weather is bad.
- In case of emergency, calmly exit and inform our staff.
